The World Series of Poker (WSOP) is hosting online qualifiers for its US players for its upcoming bracelet series in the Bahamas. The qualifiers take place every Sunday until October 10, exclusive to players in New Jersey and Nevada.
WSOP US Online Qualifiers for WSOP Paradise
The qualifiers running on the WSOP New Jersey-Nevada network cost $320 to enter. Up for grabs are WSOP Paradise packages, each worth $7,800. The package covers the $5,300 buy-in for the WSOP Paradise Main Event, five-night accommodation at a luxurious hotel on the island, and a $750 travel allowance.
The first package was won by “X69Podheiser” on September 10 after topping 36 entries (including 11 rebuys). Last month, the WSOP also ran the Cash Games Countdown promotion across all of its US markets, including Michigan and Pennsylvania, giving away WSOP Paradise packages.
At the moment, the WSOP has yet to confirm whether it will also run similar online qualifiers for its players in Michigan and Pennsylvania.
WSOP Paradise Awarding 15 Gold Bracelets
WSOP Paradise runs from December 3-14 at the Atlantis Casino & Resort on Paradise Island, Bahamas. The series features 15 bracelet events, culminating in the $15 million-guaranteed Main Event.
