New England Patriots owner and billionaire Robert Kraft has decided to invest $25 million into his Foundation to Combat Antisemitism in an effort to combat the growing rise of antisemitism in America.
“Stand Up to Jewish Hate” Campaign
The new campaign is titled “Stand Up to Jewish Hate” and will look to run ads on social media and direct platforms in a bid to educate Americans on some of the different ways that antisemitism is carried out and why it must be stopped. These “Stand Up to Jewish Hate” ads will run during the NBA, NFL and NHL playoffs.
Top social media influencers will be roped in to promote the “Stand Up to Jewish Hate” campaign while popular TV shows such as The Voice, Kelly Clarkson Show and Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen will also promote these ads.
The 81 year old Kraft who is a practicing Jew pointed out that he had never seen more antisemitism today than he had during his lifetime. The Anti-Defamation League confirmed those thoughts as their recent report showed that crimes against Jewish people in American had spiked by 36% in 2022.
