Merit Poker is bringing back its popular Carmen Series this year! The full schedule for the festival has just been released and players can look forward to nearly two weeks of exciting poker action, culminating in a $1.5 million guaranteed Main Event. The series runs from March 22 to April 2.
Merit Poker Carmen Series Main Event
As usual, the main highlight of the Carmen Series is the Main Event which has a buy-in of $3,300 and features $1.5 million in guarantees. The tournament has four starting flights running from March 28-30. Day 1 survivors resume the action until a winner is crowned on April 2.
Merit Poker will be giving away 50 Main Event seats via satellites which is great news for players hoping to join in on the action for a fraction of the prize.
Other Highlights
While the Main Event will likely attract most of the attention, there are other key tournaments on the schedule that players should consider, such as the $2,200 buy-in, $700K GTD The Warm Up which gets underway on March 22.
The schedule also includes the popular Mystery Bounty format, with a $1,100 buy-in, $100K GTD Mystery Bounty event taking place from March 25-27. There’s a $5,300 buy-in, $250K GTD NL High Roller thrown into the mix as well (March 26-28), alongside a $1,100 buy-in, $100K GTD NL Mix-Max (March 29-31).
